Pharmacy OTC/Dispensing Assistant

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and versatile team player to join us. This is a unique dual-role perfect for someone who loves customer-facing retail, visual merchandising, and front-of-shop energy, but also has a strong interest in supporting our busy dispensary team.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-Shop & Retail:

Welcome customers and deliver outstanding, friendly customer service.

Provide expert, confident OTC (Over-the-Counter) healthcare and wellness advice.

Drive visual merchandising—bring creative ideas to front-of-shop displays, seasonal promotion builds, and product placement.

Manage shop floor stock, replenishment, and merchandising.

Dispensary Support:

Support the dispensing team during peak periods (e.g., patient intake, prescription assembly under pharmacist supervision, stock management).

Process order deliveries, manage expiry dates, and maintain dispensary hygiene standards.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous pharmacy retail experience is required.

OTC Knowledge: Strong, extensive knowledge of Over-the-Counter medications, skincare, and healthcare products.

Mindset: High energy, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about health, retail, and patient care.

Creativity: A keen eye for visual detail, window displays, and retail presentation.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to daily business needs, shifting smoothly between front-of-shop retail duties and dispensary support as needed.

Pay: €14.15-€18.80 per hour
