Pharmacy Processing Technician

Assist pharmacists in all areas of pharmacy operations. Must possess strong customer service, and phone communication skills in answering phone calls from patient, physicians, insurance carriers, etc. In addition, making phone calls to patients, insurance companies, and physicians' offices. Must be proficient in data processing, and able to create patients' profiles using our pharmacy software. Able to follow up with patients and coordinate their prescription(s) that are due for refills. Process prescriptions on a daily basis using our pharmacy software. Must be able to work well in team environment. Be flexible and adaptive in changes in work schedule, pharmacy needs, and work requirements. Will spend majority of time on the computer. Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM, No weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
