Pharmacy Recruiter

We need a hunter-minded recruiter to aggressively grow our national pool of US-licensed Pharmacists. While this is a US-wide role, our primary focus is on Texas—so your first 3–6 months will be laser-focused on building a strong pharmacist pipeline. Once that foundation is set, you will replicate your strategy and expand recruitment efforts into other states.

What You'll Do

• Source & Engage: Proactively find and attract US-licensed Pharmacists using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Target both active and passive candidates.
• Screen & Qualify: Conduct high-volume screenings to verify clinical fit, licensure, and availability.
• On-Board to the Pool: Manage licensing verification (NABP/State Boards), background checks, and initial paperwork so new hires are "shovel-ready" for immediate deployment.
• Nurture: Build relationships with your pipeline through consistent follow-ups, keeping our company top-of-mind.
• Lead State Expansion: Start strong in Texas, then scale your proven approach to additional states as we grow.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing in US healthcare/pharmacy & nursing.
• Licensing Knowledge: Solid understanding of US state Board of Pharmacy requirements and NABP processes—Texas knowledge is a plus, but we'll train you on specifics.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and an ATS.
• Mindset: A relentless hunter who thrives on hitting growth targets. You don't wait for applicants—you go find them.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Tech or Intern.
• Existing network of US Pharmacists.
• Familiarity with multi-state licensing and FPGEC/visa sponsorship.
