The Opportunity

This role gives you the chance to make a real difference, and become a part of our dedicated team. You will receive full training and hands-on experience in customer service and store operations. THE ROLE – What you will be doing

As a Retail Assistant at Unichem Olsens Pharmacy Greymouth, you will play an important role in providing friendly, helpful service to our customers and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy.

You will help customers find the products they need, assist with general pharmacy and retail enquiries, keep our store well presented, and work alongside our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and wider team to create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.

In this role, you will:

• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service.
• Assist customers with finding products and answering general retail enquiries.
• Operate the till and process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Receive, unpack, price, and put away stock.
• Keep shelves stocked, organised, and well presented.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining displays and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Support the team with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Help ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a consistently high level of service.
• Work collaboratively as part of an encouraging, motivated, and supportive team.

You will receive full support, guidance, and training where needed to help you succeed.
