Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Trainer – Pharma & Soft Skills

Job Description

We are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Trainer with strong pharmaceutical knowledge and soft skills to train pharmacy staff, improve customer service, and enhance store sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Train pharmacy staff on medicine categories, pharmaceutical products, branded and generic medicines, and product knowledge.
• Develop employees’ communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Provide training on sales techniques, customer engagement, cross-selling, upselling, and objection handling.
• Conduct training sessions on teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and professional behaviour.
• Train employees in effective communication with customers and handling customer complaints.
• Conduct induction and refresher training for pharmacists and pharmacy sales staff.
• Monitor employee performance and identify training needs across pharmacy stores.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to improve pharma knowledge, soft skills, and sales performance.
• Maintain training records and submit regular training reports to management.
• Travel to pharmacy stores to conduct on-site training as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years in retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales, or employee training.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
