Pharmacy Supervisor

The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail pharmacy operations, people management, inventory control, and customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, sales performance, and the development of the pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
• Lead, coach, and develop Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Brand Ambassadors.
• Drive sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability.
• Review store reports, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
• Maintain proper implementation of SOPs and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and support continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding store operations and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or any related course
• Registered Pharmacist is highly preferred
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or drugstore operations
• Experience supervising or managing pharmacy teams
• Strong background in: Pharmacy Operations, Drugstore Management, Inventory & Merchandising, Customer Service, Team Leadership and Sales Performance Management
