Pharmacy Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, shifts and manpower deployment.
• Allocate duties and maintain staff discipline and productivity.
• Supervise billing, dispensing, customer service and cash handling.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, expiry and FEFO compliance.
• Coordinate purchases, vendors, returns and stock shortages.
• Resolve day-to-day staff, customer and operational issues.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and SOP adherence.
• Monitor sales, operational performance and daily reports.
• Coordinate with HR and management on employee and operational matters.
