Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: $17+ Hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30PM – 12:00AM

Rotating weekends required

The Pharmacy Support Associate plays an important role in keeping pharmacy fulfillment operations running smoothly by organizing, staging, and preparing medication orders for delivery. In this entry-level position, you'll support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians by moving products through the fulfillment process, ensuring prescriptions are routed accurately, and preparing orders for courier pickup. Pharmacy teams, delivery personnel, healthcare facilities, caregivers, and ultimately patients all rely on this role's accuracy, organization, and attention to detail to help ensure medications arrive on time.

Unlike many entry-level healthcare or warehouse positions, this role provides a direct introduction to pharmacy operations and offers a pathway to future growth within the pharmacy field. Working in a closed-door pharmacy environment that serves long-term care and post-acute care communities, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting medication fulfillment rather than serving walk-in customers. No prior pharmacy experience or certification is required, making this an excellent opportunity to build valuable healthcare skills while contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Support the fulfillment process that helps ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time.

• Set up and prepare toting and staging areas for daily fulfillment activities.
• Print and apply tote labels to ensure accurate order organization and routing.
• Sort and place prescriptions, products, and medication packages into the correct totes or bags.
• Monitor fulfillment dashboards to ensure orders are staged and ready for distribution.
• Support medication fulfillment workflows by moving products between designated work areas.
• Replenish staging, toting, and operational supplies as needed.
• Identify workflow delays or operational issues and communicate them to leadership.
• Maintain accuracy while completing tasks within established deadlines.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining organized workspaces, common areas, and shared facilities.
• Follow all HIPAA, compliance, safety, and company policy requirements.
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with operational and fulfillment-related tasks.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English

• Task oriented and focused throughout shift

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
