From inventory management to medication preparation and order fulfillment, you'll be part of a team that directly supports patient care across Southwest Florida.

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll help keep pharmacy operations running smoothly by:

• Preparing and labeling medications accurately
• Replenishing medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment and software
• Managing medication inventory and restocking supplies
• Identifying expired medications and assisting with returns or disposal
• Preparing invoices and delivering medications to member facilities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Collaborating with pharmacists, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Supporting medication safety and inventory accuracy while following all regulatory and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida Pharmacy Technician License
• One year of pharmacy technician experience
• Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
