Pharmacy Tech ( experienced only)

Duties

• Assist pharmacists in providing medication and other healthcare products to patients
• Prepare and package prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Perform medication inventory management and restocking
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience

• Certification as a pharmacy technician (CPhT) is preferred

• knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices

• Familiarity with different types of medications, dosage forms, and routes of administration

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in prescription preparation

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service
