Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications accurately
• Receive and verify prescription orders from patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Manage inventory of medications and supplies, including restocking and expiration checks
• Guide customers on over-the-counter medications and general healthcare questions (under pharmacist supervision)
• Operate pharmacy software and POS systems to process transactions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Support quality assurance and assist in reporting errors or discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
