Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately

• Ensure medication storage is compliant with safety and regulatory guidelines

• Support in managing pharmacy stock: receiving, labelling, storing, and rotating stock

• Ensure the medication orders are entered into dispensing program accurately and software utilized correctly.

• Provide clear, understandable instructions to outpatients and discharged patients in a language known to patients.

• Maintain minimum stock levels of medicines, checking expiry dates and storage conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma holder in Pharmacy.

• At least 1 years in a pharmacy, hospital, TCM clinic, or herbal medicine store.

• SPM holder with relevant years of working experiences in similar role are welcomed to apply.

• Mandarin language dialect is required as this position will need to handle Chinese products.

• Have strong interest in TCM herbs and herbal preparation techniques in a TCM Setting.

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
