Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an adaptable, high-energy Pharmacy Technician to join our TAM Pharmacy team in Tennessee. In this role, you will be the engine of our daily order execution, handling retail-style fulfillment and fast-paced data entry. You won't be micro-managed or handed a slow step-by-step corporate manual; instead, you will own your daily workflow, solve real-time operational bottlenecks, and keep our pharmacy pipeline moving flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pull, stage, pack, and prepare pharmacy orders for distribution with absolute quality control and attention to detail.
• Data Entry & System Updates: Input patient, prescription, order, and inventory data into our pharmacy management systems rapidly and error-free.
• Logistics & Label Printing: Generate, print, and verify accurate shipping labels; coordinate carrier pickups (FedEx/UPS); and oversee smooth outbound fulfillment.
• Inventory Control & Timekeeping: Maintain real-time accurate inventory counts, report stock discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration/License in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy.
• 1–3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, mail-order, or healthcare fulfillment settings.
• Technical Skills: Fast and precise typing/data entry skills; familiarity with pharmacy management software and shipping platforms.
• High autonomy, proactive problem-solving ability, and complete comfort operating in a fluid, entrepreneurial setting without micro-management.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
