Shift Differentials

• Evening - $3.00/hour
• Night - $5.00/hour
• Weekend - $4.50/hour
• Pharm Night - $8.50/hour

Premiums

• Standby - $4.00/hour
• Lead - $3.25/hour
• Per Diem - 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits)
• Certification - $2.00/hour
• Trainer - $2.00/hour
• Student Coord - $2.00/hour, 2+ = $3.25/hour

Job Description Receives and fills prescription requests from physicians and other qualified prescribers. Prepares/ compounds medications, IVs and other pharmaceutical supplies based on OMC protocols/procedures. Performs computer order entry/billing. Delivers supplies. Prepackages medications. Maintains records. Assists with training new staff. Performs drug stock control and other various other related duties.

EDUCATION Graduate of a Washington State Board of Pharmacy approved Pharmacy Technician training

Program.

Experience Experience with hospital drug distribution systems, hospital computer systems, IV compounding systems and other hospital related systems preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS Certification as a Pharmacy Technician in Washington State required. National certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
