Pharmacy Technician

Overview

We are a privately owned, retail pharmacy in Luck, WI, dedicated to providing personalized care and exceptional service to our patients. In addition to serving our local community, we provide prescription fulfillment and delivery services, expanding our reach beyond the immediate area. Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with prescription processing and dispensing
• Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter and over the phone
• Process insurance claims and troubleshoot billing issues
• Support prescription preparation and coordination for delivery services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of off-site/delivery prescriptions
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
• Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Experience

• Previous retail pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Experience with Outcomes® WinRx pharmacy software strongly preferred
• Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification valid in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency
