What they need
Pharmacy technician required for a busy Co. Cork pharmacy.
IPU OR ALTERNATIVE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION IS ESSENTIAL.
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy.
- Good knowledge of dispensing procedures and medicines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a busy pharmacy team.
- Good initiative & the ability to work well independently also.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Experience using the pharmacy dispensing software.
- Experience with stock management and ordering.
- Knowledge of the HSE schemes and pharmacy claims procedures.
- Experience providing a high standard of patient care and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
