Key responsibilities
- Processing insurance claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about medications
- Assisting patients with insurance claims and payments
- Maintaining accurate stock levels of medications and supplies
- Ordering and stocking medications and supplies
- Performing inventory audits
- Receiving and verifying prescription orders
- Preparing medications for dispensing, including counting, measuring, and labeling
- Assisting with drug compounding
About you
- Certified Pharmacy Technician or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
