LA Compounding Pharmacy is hiring two dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who provide excellent patient service and work well in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Both positions are available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications.
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage medication and pharmacy supply inventory.
• Process insurance information and assist with billing.
• Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Current California Pharmacy Technician Registration, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy technician experience.
• Familiarity with PioneerRx.
• Knowledge of insurance billing procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a compounding pharmacy.

Position Details

• Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Full-time with flexible scheduling.
