Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Expected Hours: 24–40 hours per week
Location: Family Pharmacy #2 – Chula Vista, CA
About the Position
Family Pharmacy #2 is an independent community pharmacy looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly personable Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
This is a very patient-facing position, so personality matters just as much as technical ability. We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking with people throughout the day.
Our ideal technician enjoys getting to know patients, starting conversations, answering questions, and confidently explaining or recommending pharmacy services when appropriate. You should be comfortable engaging with patients—not simply processing prescriptions behind the counter.
Reliability is extremely important. We need someone who consistently arrives on time, maintains dependable attendance, communicates well with the team, and can be counted on.
If you prefer a quiet, task-focused position with minimal patient interaction, this position will likely not be the right fit. If you are outgoing, dependable, positive, and enjoy working with people, we would love to meet you.
