Duffy’s Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer care, enjoys working in a busy pharmacy environment, and is committed to providing an excellent service to our customers.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the pharmacist and pharmacy team in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring a high standard of patient care and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
• Manage stock control, including otc ordering, receiving, and organising medicines and other pharmacy products.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently.
• Keep the dispensary and shop floor clean, organised, and well presented.
• Support the pharmacy team in delivering a safe, efficient, and welcoming service.
• Follow all pharmacy procedures, confidentiality requirements, and relevant regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Pharmacy Technician or a candidate with relevant pharmacy experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A professional, caring, and positive attitude.

• Knowledge of pharmacy dispensing system Touchstore is an advantage.

Pay: €15.38-€22.00 per hour
