Pharmacy Technician

Boca Pharmacy is looking for a high-performing, experienced bilingual Pharmacy Technician who can step in and make an impact from day one. If you know your way around a busy pharmacy, handle insurance issues confidently, and deliver great patient service in both English and Spanish — we want you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Handle insurance billing, rejections, and prior authorizations
• Communicate clearly with patients in Spanish & English
• Answer phones, resolve issues, and keep workflow moving
• Assist pharmacist and support daily pharmacy operations
• Maintain organization, inventory, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Pharmacy technician experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of insurance processing (Medicaid/Medicare preferred)
• Familiar with PrimeRx or similar pharmacy systems
• Fast, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Can work 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, or 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
