Pharmacy Technician

Hoffman's Pharmacy is a locally owned pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized and efficient care to all of our customers. We are known for our friendly service and belief that every customer deserves attention and compassion, and intend to keep it that way. We are looking for a hard working, kind, and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician you will help ensure smooth operations, work closely with the Pharmacist(s), customers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality service and medications. Transcribe, Run through, and fill prescriptions daily. Along with dealing with insurance claims, checking out customers, and taking/making phone calls.

-Adhere to all privacy laws and regulations

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Telephone etiquette

-Good with math calculations, willing to learn pharmaceutical dosing and calculate days supply

-Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

-Willingness to learn new things

-Customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
