Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Pharmacy Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily pharmacy operations, prescription processing, customer service, and coordinating deliveries. We are looking for someone who can multitask, work efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with filling, labeling, and preparing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Contact doctors' offices to request prescription refills, renewals, and clarifications.
• Organize, prepare, and sign out medications for daily deliveries.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with prescription inquiries.
• Process prescription refill requests and follow up on pending prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking medications.
• Communicate with patients, doctors' offices, and insurance companies as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy workspace.
• Support pharmacists and other team members with daily pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with PrimeRx is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
