Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting patient relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Educate patients about pharmacy services, vaccines, supplements, and wellness products within the technician's scope of practice.
• Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Help manage daily workflow, inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency.
• Identify problems, reduce waste, and implement improvements.
• Support, train, and motivate fellow team members.
• Take ownership and contribute to pharmacy growth and success.

What We're Looking For

• Retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience highly valued.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable with patient engagement, service recommendations, and wellness education.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Motivated to take on greater responsibilities and grow into leadership.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
• Starting at the higher end of the pay range requires both retail pharmacy experience and demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
