LA Compounding Pharmacy is seeking two dependable, detail-oriented Compounding Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent patient seyourvice in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Both positions are available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications.
• Perform non-sterile compounding under pharmacist supervision in accordance with USP <795> standards and pharmacy procedures.
• Manage medication and pharmacy supply inventory.
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program or equivalent experience.
• Current California pharmacy technician license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with non-sterile compounding.
• Familiarity with USP <795> standards.
• Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software.
