As the school continues to grow, we are looking for a Pharmacy Technician Educator who is excited by the opportunity to educate, mentor and prepare students for successful careers in pharmacy.

This is an opportunity to bring together your pharmacy expertise and passion for education in an environment connected to one of the nation’s leading academic healthcare organizations. You’ll play an important role in shaping the student experience—from curriculum and classroom instruction to assessment, professional readiness and continuous program improvement.

Onsite Learning and Collaboration. This position is designed to be 100% onsite. Why This Role Is Exciting

As a Pharmacy Technician Educator, you won't simply deliver course material. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a developing program and help create an educational experience that prepares students for the realities of today’s healthcare environment.

Working within the Chuck Lorre School of Allied Health, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Cedars-Sinai education and healthcare community while helping students build the knowledge, technical skills and confidence they need to take the next step in their careers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement and continuously enhance pharmacy technician curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging instruction that supports different learning styles, backgrounds and educational needs.
  • Ensure curriculum remains aligned with applicable accreditation requirements, industry expectations and evolving pharmacy practices.
  • Translate pharmacy knowledge and real-world healthcare experience into meaningful learning experiences for students.
  • Develop assessments, testing standards and other tools to evaluate student learning and competency.
  • Grade coursework and provide clear, constructive feedback that supports student development.

Your impact extends beyond the classroom. Every student you teach and mentor represents an opportunity to strengthen the future healthcare workforce and expand access to meaningful allied health careers.
