Pharmacy Technician-order processing/compounding

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using PCCA’s The Compounder software and have at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming prescriptions in The Compounder software
• Charge patients directly (no insurance billing involved)
• Track and manage prescription orders (FedEx, Priority Mail, etc.)
• Follow up with patients for updates and customer service
• Collect and enter patient information into our records
• Assist with compounding (non-sterile) if experienced – big plus

Requirements:

• 2+ years pharmacy technician experience (compounding preferred)
• Familiarity with The Compounder (PCCA software) strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with others and adapt to changes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a pleasant attitude.

Work Hours: M - F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, no weekends and no evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
