THE ROLE

This is a patient-facing, detail-driven position that blends customer service with accurate data entry. You will be the first point of contact for patients and providers — processing prescriptions, coordinating intake, and keeping our pharmacy running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Receive and process prescriptions from patients, doctors, and healthcare providers
• Enter prescription information accurately into pharmacy software systems
• Coordinate patient intake — collecting required information and documentation
• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Support pharmacy workflow, prescription processing, and daily operational tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus — not required
