PHC Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
• Maintain accurate records and files

-Ensure attendants electronic visit verification codes are verified.

-Ensure client schedules are entered according to authorization.

-Enter all authorizations into vesta.

-Maintain accurate and compliant documentation ex. 2067 ensuring caseworkers or MCO Coordinator receives case information in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
• Proficiency in using Vesta, and other office software
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
