Phc Liaison/Phc Field Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PHC (Primary Healthcare Center) Liaison to serve as a vital bridge between healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, research teams, and community stakeholders. In this role, you will facilitate seamless communication, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support clinical research initiatives within diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between healthcare facilities, regulatory bodies, and research teams to coordinate clinical trial activities and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations such as FDA guidelines and JCAHO standards.
• Support data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and integrity of research data.
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions, technical writing for researchers, and medical documentation aligned with healthcare compliance standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among medical affairs, regulatory affairs, clinical development, and project management teams to streamline processes and optimize trial execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of health regulation policies, biomedical regulatory compliance requirements, and hospital experience standards such as Level I and Level II trauma center protocols.
• Contribute to the development of clinical research methods and support regulatory audits by providing detailed documentation and data interpretation.
• Promote understanding of medical terminology among team members while supporting technical writing efforts for research publications or reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managed care environments or hospital settings with a strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards.
• Experience working within Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly preferred, along with ACHC accreditation knowledge.
• Strong data analysis skills combined with proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and technical writing tailored for researchers.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, medical affairs practices, biomedical regulatory compliance, and health regulation policies.
• Excellent team leadership abilities paired with project management skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Familiarity with clinical research methods, regulatory submissions, and healthcare compliance standards across various jurisdictions.
• Exceptional writing skills for technical documentation, research reports, and medical writing tasks.
