The research will explore the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, geospatial technologies, and data-driven modelling to address challenges in:
Climate Intelligence & Climate Risk Analytics
AI for Water Resources & Hydrological Systems
Climate Data Analysis & Extreme Event Prediction
Remote Sensing, GIS & Geospatial AI
Environmental Monitoring & Sustainable Agriculture
Time-Series Forecasting & Predictive Analytics
Explainable AI, Deep Learning & Advanced Soft Computing
Digital Twins & Decision Support Systems for Environmental Sustainability

Who should apply?
✔ M.Tech/MSc/M.E. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
Strong interest in applying programming, machine learning, and computational methods to environmental and climate-related problems.
✔ Knowledge of Python/R, statistical modelling, deep learning, geospatial analytics, or time-series analysis is desirable.
✔ Genuine motivation for interdisciplinary research, scientific writing, and high-impact publications.

You do not need to come from an Environmental Science background—your interest in applying Computer Science to environmental and climate challenges is what matters.
