PHE / FF Engineer - Execution (At Site)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor site activities for PHF systems, ensuring proper sequencing and alignment with project timelines.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Supervise and guide site engineers and technicians in executing PHF installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve discrepancies between design and on-site conditions.
• Verify contractor work, ensuring it meets approved standards and specifications.
• Support procurement and material management for timely availability of resources.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes for PHF systems.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations during project execution

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in project site execution for HVAC and PHF systems.

• Domain Knowledge:

• HVAC systems: Ducting, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, air handling units, and ventilation systems.

• Plumbing: Water supply, drainage systems, and rainwater harvesting.

• Fire safety systems: Sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, and fire alarms.

• Standards and codes: ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, IPC, and other relevant regulations.

• Hands-On Experience:

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
