QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a college graduate
• Must have proven knowledge in using MS Office applications
• Familiar with Philhealth process: Return to hospital, Denied, Deductions etc.
• Familiar with ICD 10 code;
• Must be willing to work in San Juan City
• Must be hardworking; self-motivated; with keen attention to details;
• Can work with minimum supervision; with good interpersonal relations
• Must be willing to start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The PhilHealth Staff will work in an ambulatory eye clinic setting in San Juan City and will be responsible for processing and recording of patients’ reimbursement claims with Philhealth.

Specifically, the right candidate will do the following tasks:

• make a detailed review of the accuracy and completeness of PHIC documents received from patients; accomplish and attach the patient’s PHIC documents to E-Claims
• Responsible for reviewing the encoded data in E-claims before transmitting to the designated online portal
• Notify the authorized personnel for RTH/ Denied notices received by Phil Health thru electronic (or physical) RTH system & re-file denied claims in a timely manner
• Maintain PHIC Database/ Tracker, and submit regular progress reports to supervisor
• Submit to Phil Health on a weekly basis the Official Receipt for collections deposited thru Auto credit payment.
• Other related tasks that maybe assigned form time to time
