【Philippines】Community Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow user communities across Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and other local platforms.
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, user campaigns, product testing, and feedback programs.
• Recruit and manage seed users, power users, and community advocates.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, competitor analysis, and identify local user insights.
• Collect and analyze user feedback, then collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve the product.
• Support product localization, feature testing, launches, and post-launch evaluation.
• Drive user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies.
• Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Growth, Product Management, Community Operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine market, consumer behavior, and digital ecosystem.
• Proven experience in user growth, community engagement, and product optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Tagalog.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI products, mobile apps, keyboard apps, or productivity tools.
• Experience launching or scaling digital products in the Philippine market.
• Knowledge of SEO, ASO, performance marketing, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Strong network with creators, influencers, universities, or digital communities.
