Phlebotomist

About the Job

We are looking for a Phlebotomist to collect blood and other specimen samples accurately and safely while ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identity and explain collection procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS Medical Technology graduate; Phlebotomy training/certification preferred.
• With relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of specimen collection and handling procedures.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
