Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostics team.

The role involves:

• Performing safe and accurate blood collection procedures while ensuring patient comfort and hygiene standards. Ideal for healthcare professionals looking for a structured, part-time opportunity.

• Upsell /Cros-sell Health Packages

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for routine and special tests
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation of samples
• Maintain sterility and hygiene protocols during all procedures
• Greet and reassure patients, explain procedures, and handle queries professionally
• Prepare collection kits, maintain sample logs, and coordinate with the lab team
• Adhere to bio-waste management and infection control standards
• Provide support during health camps and home collections (if required)
• Update records digitally where applicable
• Promote MedPlus Advantage Subscription
• Up-sell / Cross-Sell Health Packages
