Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood and other sample collections accurately and safely.
• Verify patient details and ensure proper sample labeling.
• Follow sample handling, storage, and transportation procedures.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow laboratory SOPs.
• Report sample discrepancies and collection-related issues to the concerned supervisor.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in phlebotomy/sample collection.
• MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification.
• Valid professional registration is mandatory.
• Good communication, patient-handling, and phlebotomy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
