Phlebotomist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With proven experience in phlebotomy, blood extraction, or venipuncture.
• Knowledgeable in proper blood collection techniques and procedures.
• Experience handling blood samples is required/preferred.
• Comfortable performing blood extraction for PRP clients.
• Knowledge of proper infection-control and safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a medical/clinic team.
• Willing to follow clinic protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• With Certification as a phlebotomist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform blood extraction/venipuncture safely and efficiently.
• Prepare clients for blood collection and explain the procedure when necessary.
• Collect the appropriate amount of blood required for PRP procedures.
• Properly handle, label, and secure blood samples according to clinic protocols.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
• Prepare and check phlebotomy supplies and equipment before procedures.
• Monitor clients during and after blood extraction for any discomfort or adverse reaction.
• Properly dispose of needles, syringes, and other used materials following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to blood collection.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
