Phlebotomist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collect blood samples from patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of collected samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and sample collection details.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to sample collection or testing.

Job Requirements :

• 0-8 years of experience in phlebotomy or CMLT (Certified Medical Laboratory Technician).
• Strong knowledge of DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in accessioning, lab testing, MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), phlebotomy, and sample collection procedures.
