Role & responsibilities
- Sample collection within & outside hospital
- Preparing lab cards
- Sample transportation along with cards to the respective department in absence of an attendant
- OPD report dispatching to pt/pts relatives & hospital OPD assistant
- Dispatching reports for courier to the assigned person through attendant & maintaining records for the same
- Training of new phlebotomist
- Maintain temperature & humidity record
- Contribution in QI
- Safety ambient maintenance
- Follow Sop & QAP , NABH , NABL , JCI of lab
