Summary:

We are seeking skilled Phlebotomists to join our team at Bio-Test Laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and ensuring a positive experience for patients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our commitment to quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and capillary draws with precision and care.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely processing of samples.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures in the laboratory setting.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Certification as a Phlebotomist or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to phlebotomy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in a hospital or laboratory setting is an asset.

Pay: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
