• Perform blood collection and other diagnostic sample collection from patients following standard procedures.
• Properly identify and label patient samples before sending them to the laboratory.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and timely transportation of collected samples.
• Maintain strict hygiene, infection prevention and safety protocols during sample collection.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy and safety during the procedure.
• Communicate politely and professionally with patients and their attendants.
• Maintain daily sample collection records and necessary documentation.
• Handle and dispose of used needles, syringes and biomedical waste according to hospital policy.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff regarding sample processing and reporting.
• Perform home sample collection/outdoor sample collection when required.
• Operate computer and hospital/diagnostic software for patient registration, data entry and record keeping.
• Prepare, type and print Ultrasound (USG) reports as per the instructions/findings provided by the authorized Radiologist/Sonologist.
• Maintain proper records of Ultrasound reports and patient information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

• Experience: 2-4 years
