Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient service and support in a medical setting
• Assist healthcare provider with patient care and treatment
• Perform basic medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Assist with medical procedures and examinations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is req hired
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is required
• Familiarity with basic life support techniques is beneficial
• Experience with medical administrative support, such as coding and billing, is a plus

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 months of verifiable

Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy work experience.

Experience with Meevo scheduling and checkout software is Preferred but extensive experience with other medical office scheduling software is acceptable .

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology for patient care
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols

-Must have EXTENSIVE PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE
