We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Phlebotomy Instructor to join our team. The instructor will provide classroom and hands-on lab instruction to prepare students for careers as Certified Phlebotomy Technicians. Responsibilities include teaching venipuncture and capillary collection techniques, supervising lab practice, evaluating student performance, and ensuring compliance with state and program standards.
Qualifications:
- Current California CPT-1
- Minimum 3 years of recent phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
- Teaching/training experience preferred; strong communication and leadership skills required
