Brine Group is conducting a search for an experienced Phlebotomy Manager to lead inpatient phlebotomy operations across multiple hospital locations within a large, highly respected healthcare system.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven phlebotomy leader who enjoys building teams, improving operations, and ensuring exceptional patient care in a complex hospital environment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Lead inpatient phlebotomy operations across three hospital locations

✅ Oversee approximately 30-50 team members

✅ Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and employee development

✅ Partner with laboratory leadership, nursing leadership, and hospital administration

✅ Ensure compliance with CAP, Joint Commission, CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards

✅ Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and service excellence initiatives

✅ Support operational planning, budgeting, and departmental performance goals

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree required

✔ Leadership experience within a hospital laboratory and/or phlebotomy environment

✔ Experience managing staff, workflows, and quality initiatives

✔ Strong knowledge of laboratory accreditation and regulatory requirements

✔ Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
