หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- โทรติดตามลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระค่างวดรถยนต์
- ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการชำระหนี้
- บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อ และผลการติดตามหนี้
- ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายการจัดเก็บ
คุณสมบัติ:
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถพิมพ์งาน และใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้
