Job Summary

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Follow structured interview protocols to gather data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of responses.
• Manage data entry efficiently during calls, maintaining precise records of responses and survey .
• Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to privacy standards and data protection policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging respondents positively, explaining the purpose of the calls, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette throughout each interaction, demonstrating professionalism and respect.
• Document call outcomes accurately in our data collection systems, ensuring all information is properly recorded for analysis.

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or telemarketing roles is highly desirable, especially those involving outbound calling or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse populations.
• Familiarity with data entry tools, survey platforms, or market research methodologies is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation during calls; attention to detail is essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple calls effectively.

Pay: $23.62 - $28.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
