• Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel with clear communication and professionalism
• Greet visitors warmly, verify their appointments, and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, including logging calls, updating contact records, and maintaining visitor logs
• Support dispatching activities by relaying messages or instructions efficiently to relevant team members

Skills

• Requiring Spanish/English fluent speaking abilities to communicate with diverse populations
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
• Experience operating multi-line phone systems with confidence and efficiency
• Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail in clerical tasks
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Proficient typing skills to support quick and accurate data entry
