Duties

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage office phone systems to ensure clear, professional communication at all times
• Assist callers routing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain detailed logs of phone interactions, including purpose, and follow-up actions
• Handle phone call management with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with telephone systems, operator switchboards, and multi-line phone systems is essential
• Knowledge of office phone management practices and telephone etiquette standards
• Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $10.00 per hour
