Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Commercial Cleaning

Starwood Cleaning Services is looking for someone friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking to people to help us bring in new commercial cleaning accounts.

Your main job will be calling and emailing local businesses, introducing our cleaning services, and setting up walkthroughs for our team with businesses that may be interested.

What you’ll be doing:

• Calling local businesses and introducing our cleaning services
• Sending simple follow-up emails
• Finding the right person to speak with, such as a property manager, office manager, facility manager, or business owner
• Following up with businesses that may be interested
• Scheduling appointments and walkthroughs for our team
• Keeping track of calls, emails, and follow-ups

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and comfortable talking on the phone
• Good communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable reaching out to new people
• Willing to learn
• Basic computer and email skills

No previous experience is needed. We will train the right person.

This is a good fit for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and comfortable speaking with businesses throughout the day.

Starwood Cleaning Services provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services throughout the Chicagoland area.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
